Shipping Policy
**PERTINENT ORDER/SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Your support and loyalty are especially important. I strive to be as transparent as possible about my products and services. However, due the United States Postal Service (USPS) current shipping delays Sea Moss (Products) and Bottled Tea cannot be shipped out of state. Local pickup is available in the DC, MD and VA areas.
Orders are processed with 24 to 48 hours. Orders are shipped via USPS Monday through Friday. Shipping will take an additional 5 to 7 business days due to the current shipping delays with USPS. You will receive an email when your order is shipped. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be notified, and a reshipping fee will be incurred. Orders are made to order, to offer the freshest sea moss and herbal products.
Orders are processed within 2 days. Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a couple of days.
Currently, Birchleaf Herbal Blends only process and ship orders within the United States.
Product Packaging
Our sea moss products are packaged in glass jars to offer the freshest product. Tea blends are packaged in Kraft paper bags made from 100% post-consumer paper.
