Sea Moss also known as Irish Moss is a seaweed, a macroalgae and contains 92 trace minerals of the 102 that are found in the human body. Found abundantly in the Atlantic Ocean coasts of North America and Europe. Sea moss is rich in iodine, calcium, omega-3, vitamins A&E, folate, iron, zinc, copper, boron, magnesium, potassium, sulfur, selenium, and many more vitamins and minerals!
